1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.3 Registration Requirements

Each individual may only hold one (1) active account on the 6655ph platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, contact details, payment method, or device — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

3 Account Rules

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6655ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. 6655ph will never ask for your password through any channel other than the official login page at 6655ph.net.

You agree to notify 6655ph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 6655ph will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

6655ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age; fraudulent activity is suspected; the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; or the account is linked to money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.

3.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 6655ph may apply a monthly inactivity fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts after written notification to the registered email address. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting customer support.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6655ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 6655ph Wallet within 60 seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours. 6655ph is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days after KYC verification is complete. 6655ph reserves the right to verify the source of funds before approving any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 6655ph does not charge withdrawal processing fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 6655ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). If a deposit is made from a foreign-currency account, the conversion rate applied will be that of the relevant payment provider at the time of the transaction. 6655ph is not responsible for foreign exchange losses.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by 6655ph are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be requested. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino games and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

6655ph actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using automated software to exploit bonus conditions; wagering patterns that constitute low-risk, hedge-betting strategies designed to clear bonuses without genuine play intent. Any Player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be permanently closed.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion will expire and be removed from the Player's Wallet without notice. 6655ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6655ph platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

10 Privacy & Data

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 6655ph shall not be liable for: any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the platform; any interruption, suspension, or termination of service; any technical failure, including internet connectivity issues, hardware failures, or software errors beyond 6655ph's reasonable control; or any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

6655ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 6655ph Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to 6655ph's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to the relevant Philippine regulatory body overseeing the operator's gaming licence framework.

6655ph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via a platform notification. Your continued use of 6655ph after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
